Profile & Settings
Your Settings page is where you control your experience in Mini Vault, from how you look to the community to how often you receive emails.
- Open the sidebar navigation.
- Click Settings at the bottom of the list.
1. Editing your display name and bio
Your display name and bio represent you in the Community Feed and on any public collections you share.
- In the Settings menu, click Profile.
- Enter your new Display Name.
- Write a short Bio introducing your miniature interests.
- Click Save Changes.
2. Uploading an avatar
- In the Settings menu, click Profile.
- Click the circular avatar placeholder (or your current image).
- Select a new square image from your device.
- The avatar will upload and save automatically!
3. Choosing a theme (dark/light)
Mini Vault supports both Light Mode and Dark Mode to match your device's preferences.
- In the Settings menu, click App Preferences.
- Under "Theme", select Light, Dark, or System.
- System will automatically switch based on your operating system's settings.
- Your theme will update instantly.
4. Email notification preferences
You can control exactly which emails Mini Vault sends you. We promise never to spam you!
- In the Settings menu, click Notifications.
- Toggle the switches for the following email types:
- Community Replies: When someone comments on your post.
- Account activity: Important security alerts (cannot be disabled).
- Marketing & Updates: New features and newsletters.
- Your preferences save automatically when you toggle a switch.
5. Push notification settings
If you've installed Mini Vault as an app on your phone, you can enable Push Notifications to get instant alerts without checking your email.
- In the Settings menu, click Notifications.
- Scroll down to the Push Notifications section.
- Click Enable Push Notifications.
- Your browser or phone will ask for permission. Click Allow.
6. Low stock digest settings
If you are using the Supply Tracking features, Mini Vault can send you a weekly or monthly summary of supplies running low.
- In the Settings menu, click Notifications.
- Find the Low Stock Digest dropdown.
- Choose Never, Weekly, or Monthly.
7. Viewing your subscription
- In the Settings menu, click Billing & Subscription.
- Here you can see your current plan, your next billing date, and your receipt history.

8. Exporting your data
We believe you own your data. You can download a complete backup of your entire catalog at any time.
- In the Settings menu, click Data Export.
- Click Request Export.
- We will compile a ZIP file containing your CSV catalog and all your high-resolution images.
- When it's ready, we will email you a secure download link.

9. Deleting your account
Deleting your account is permanent. All your collections, items, images, and community posts will be erased. This cannot be undone.
- In the Settings menu, click Account Security.
- Scroll to the very bottom and click the red Delete Account button.
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Click Permanently Delete.
