Dashboard & Analytics

The Dashboard is your Mini Vault home page. It gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire catalog, recent activity, and contextual guidance tips.

1. Dashboard overview and stats

When you first log in, you will be taken directly to the Dashboard.

At the very top of the Dashboard, you'll see your Vault Stats organized into sections:

  • Total Collections: The number of collections you currently have.
  • Total Items: The number of miniatures cataloged across all collections.
  • Items This Week: How many items you added in the last 7 days.
  • Total Value: The sum of all purchase prices across your entire inventory (visible only to you).

Projects:

  • Total Projects: The number of projects you have created.
  • In Progress: Active builds you are currently working on.
  • Completed: Finished projects.

Account:

  • Storage Used: How much of your image storage quota has been used.

2. Quick actions

The hero section provides a one-click shortcut to start adding items to your collections via the Add Items button.

3. Activity feed

The Dashboard displays a Recent Activity feed showing a private log of your recent actions within your vault.

  • If you cataloged items recently, they will appear here.
  • If you updated a project, it is logged here.
  • Click any entry in the Activity Feed to instantly navigate to that item, collection, or project!

4. Guidance tips

The Dashboard includes contextual guidance tips that suggest next steps based on your current vault state. These tips help you discover features and get the most out of Mini Vault.

5. Low stock alerts

If you are using the Supply Tracking features, the Dashboard displays a Low Stock Alerts widget showing supplies that have fallen below their reorder threshold.

The widget groups alerts by severity:

  • 🔴 Critical — Supplies at 10% or below. These need immediate attention!
  • 🟡 Warning — Supplies between 11% and 25%. Consider restocking soon.

Each alert shows the supply name, category, manufacturer, and current level as a percentage. Click any supply name to jump directly to its detail page.

Restocking supplies from the dashboard

At the bottom of the Low Stock Alerts widget, you'll find the Mark as Restocked button.

  1. Click Mark as Restocked.
  2. A modal appears showing all of your low-stock supplies.
  3. Check the box next to each supply you have restocked.
  4. Click Confirm to reset their quantities.
tip

This is the fastest way to update multiple supplies at once without visiting each supply page individually.
