Managing Collections
Collections are the folders of your Mini Vault. They help you group related miniatures together—whether that's by room, by dollhouse, by era, or by scale.
Free accounts are limited to 1 collection. Upgrade to Premium for up to 50 collections, or Pro for unlimited collections. Compare plans →

- Enter a Name and an optional Description.

2. Editing a collection
You can change a collection's name, description, and privacy settings at any time.

3. Setting collection privacy
The privacy setting controls who can see your collection and its items.
- Changing Privacy: To change the privacy, edit the collection and select a new radio button under "Visibility".
- Inheritance: Items inside a collection inherit the collection's privacy. If a collection is Private, all items inside it are completely hidden from the public, even if someone guesses the URL.
4. Setting a cover image and focal point
By default, the cover image for a collection is the primary image of the first item inside it. You can override this to make your collection stand out.
- Prerequisite: Ensure your collection contains at least one item that has an image. (You cannot set a custom cover on an empty collection).
- Open the collection and click Edit Collection.
- Scroll down to the Cover Image section.
- Click the Select Cover button. (If this is disabled, you need to add items with images first).
- Choose one of the item images from the selector to use as the collection's cover.
- Once selected, click the Set Focal Point icon 🎯 on the image.
- Click on the most important part of the image to ensure it doesn't get cropped awkwardly on smaller screens.
- Click Save Changes.
5. Sharing a collection
If your collection is Public or Unlisted, you can easily share it with friends or the community.
- Open the collection.
- Click the Share button 📤 next to the Edit button.
- Click Copy Link. You can now paste this link anywhere!
