Mini Vault grows with your collection. You can start for free and upgrade whenever you need more capacity or advanced tools.
1. Comparing plans (Free vs Premium vs Pro)
We offer three tiers tailored to different types of collectors.

2. Upgrading your plan
Ready for more power? Upgrading is instant and secure. We use Stripe to process all payments safely.
- Open the sidebar and click Settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
- Choose either Premium or Pro and choose if you want to pay Monthly or Annually (save 20%!).
- Click Upgrade.
- Enter your payment details in the secure Stripe checkout window.
- Click Subscribe. Your new limits are unlocked immediately!
3. Managing your subscription
Do you need to update your credit card or download a receipt for your records?
- Open the sidebar and click Settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
- Click the Manage Billing Portal button.
- You will be securely redirected to Stripe's customer portal, where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View your billing history
- Download PDF invoices
4. Canceling your subscription
If you no longer need the Premium or Pro features, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Open the sidebar and click Settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
What happens if I cancel? Your account will remain on the Premium/Pro tier until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will revert to the Free tier.
If your vault currently exceeds the Free tier limits (e.g., you have 5 collections, and Free only allows 1), your collections and items are completely safe. We never delete your data! However, your account will be in a "frozen" state: you will not be able to add any new items or collections until you either upgrade again or manually delete items down to the 50-item limit.
