1. Using the contact form
The fastest way to reach the Mini Vault team is through the built-in contact form.
- Scroll to the very bottom of any page and click Contact in the footer.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Write your message in the Message field.
- Click Send Message.
- You will receive a confirmation that your message has been sent.
tip
Be as specific as possible in your message. If you're reporting a bug, include what you were doing when it happened and any error messages you saw.

The Mini Vault team is a small crew of passionate miniaturists and makers. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, but it may take a bit longer during busy periods.
